Riesling.

WINE-HARVEST :

By hand with selective picking.

WINE-MAKING :

Natural yeasts, traditional maturing on the fine lees during 10 months in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels.

BOTTLE AGEING :

2 to 8 years.

WINE TASTING :

Delicate nose, fresh, citrus and floral aromas. In the mouth nice freshness and liveliness.

EXAMPLES OF COURSES :

Riesling is the “ king” of the Alsacian wines, it matches well with regional recipes like “la choucroute garnie”. It matches very well with fish, shellfish, salads…

The alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
