GROUND :

Sandy. Different vines close to our village.

GRAPE-VARIETY :

20 % Auxerrois, 40 % Chardonnay 40 % Pinot Gris

HARVEST :

Hand picking

WINEMAKING :

Traditional champagne method : 2 vintages and second fermentation in bottles. No malolactic fermentation.

BOTTLE AGEING :

2 to 3 years.

WINE TASTING :

Clear yellow colour, brilliant, expressive nose, peach, apricot aromas, fine bubbles. In the mouth it is light and fresh.

FOOD PAIRING :

Delicatessen, aperitive. Could be enjoyed with all kind of food too !

The alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
